*If you have CRM access, you can make a call from the CRM line to the newly activated phone.

*If not, then no need to call it. Just have them call someone they know to call them back.

*This process allows us to add the appropriate tags and other meta data in the back office to make sure we maximize our efficiency helping the clients long-term.
